Legislative Decree 30 December 2016, n. 254 - Non-financial disclosure

It was published in the Official Gazette no. 7 of 10 January 2017, the Legislative Decree 30 December 2016, n. 254, concerning the implementation of Directive 2014/95/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014, and amending Directive 2013/34/EU as regards the communication of information to non-financial information and information on diversity by certain companies and certain large groups.

This is the final stage of the long process of implementation of the European Directive concerning the non-financial information.
